Vector Web Setup Instructions
Please note, that these instructions are only to be used if you have received an official email from Digital Dream Labs.
Stratus Account Setup
When setting up Vector with your lifetime license please follow these steps to reactivate your account and confirm your license/ESN.
Please use the email you received our invitation on and the new password to log into Stratus.ddl.io. Once logged in, navigate to licenses and confirm your ESN under the Licenses tab. If you do not see your ESN populated, or if additional ESNs are not populated, please contact us via support at the address below.
Once the ESN is confirmed, please continue with the onboarding instructions to set up the Vector associated with the ESN.
Onboarding Instructions
Prepare Vector By performing the following resets Firmware Recovery and then Clear user Data Reset once completed continue below.
Once the license and ESN are confirmed and resets are performed, please follow the onboarding instructions to put your Vector back on the DDL Connect cloud:
1. Ensure you are on the 2.4 GHz network/internet on your Bluetooth-enabled Laptop or computer. Using a Chrome browser, go to https://vector-web-setup.ddl.
(Router splitting may be required, Vector only supports 2.4 GHz wifi)
2. Pair your Vector by pressing the back button 2x to populate a BLE (Bluetooth) pairing code. Once the code is on the Vectors screen, use the code to pair by typing it in and checking the auto flow box. push pair once added.
3. Next, provide the Wifi credentials for the 2.4 GHz wifi on your network.
(Vector will then update Firmware)
4. Use the same logging information provided for Stratus to log in on the web-set-up portal with email and new password.
5. Add your Time Zone information and select if you would like Alexa set up and DDL shared information and confirm.
(If you select Alexa Set up, please follow the link on the Vectors screen in a separate browser tab. Log into your Alexa account, pair with the code on the Vectors screen, and select allow.)
6. Once completed you will see an Activated screen on your computer or Laptop on the Web set up Tab, your Vector will then be back on the cloud with voice command functionality restored.
(Please note that some services like Weather are not available at this time but our team is working to restore them)
