How can I purchase a Membership?

Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your Vector robot to become responsive to voice commands once your subscription is active, and may take up to 48 hours for any firmware updates to be distributed to your robot after your subscription begins. If your subscription does not activate within 24 hours, please use our Contact Form.

How much is a Membership?

Each Vector Membership covers one robot, and is $7 per month or $47 per year. All prices are in USD, and both monthly and yearly memberships offer the same benefits.

What do I receive with my Vector Membership?

There are many benefits to subscription or membership with Digital Dream Labs for your Vector. These include voice command access as well as new features, such as animations, expressions, games, and more! The chart below outlines the benefits you receive with your Membership.

Do I have to do anything after my membership is purchased?

No! Once your membership is purchased, you are all set. It may take up to 24 hours for your Vector robot to become responsive to voice commands once your subscription is active, and may take up to 48 hours for any firmware updates to be distributed to your robot after your subscription begins. After 24 hours have elapsed, if you are still not receiving service then please Contact Us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept credit or debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are working to accept PayPal in the future, but it is not yet available.

How can I manage or cancel my Membership?

You can manage or cancel your existing Membership through our Customer Portal. Log in, then select "Payment Methods" if you need to assign a new debit or credit card to your subscription. If you need to cancel your subscription, please click "Subscriptions" on the left hand side.

What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds are available for yearly plans only and will be prorated. Refunds for monthly service are not offered due to the nature of the service.

I have a Membership and have submitted my serial number, but my Vector is still giving me the subscription message or disagreeing with my commands after 24 hours. Why?

There is a problem with the serial number that was submitted to us during your order. Please see this article!
