How can I purchase a Membership?
You can purchase a Membership with our Stratus Account Portal:
- Create an account in the Vector app (if you do not already have one).
- Use a web browser on a PC to navigate to stratus.ddl.io.
- Log in using your Vector Robot app credentials.
- Once you are logged in, click "Subscriptions", then click "New Vector Subscription."
- Enter your serial number. Need help to find it?
- You will be securely redirected to Stripe to enter payment details.
- Once your transaction is complete, you'll be directed back to Stratus! It will take a few seconds to create your new Membership. Once it is created:
- It may take up to 24 hours for your Vector robot to become responsive to voice commands.
- If you have recently purchased your Vector, you can bypass this period by performing a Clear User Data reset.
- Firmware updates will be distributed generally within 48-72 hours.
- If your subscription does not activate within 24 hours, please email us at support@digitaldreamlabs.com.
- It may take up to 24 hours for your Vector robot to become responsive to voice commands.
How much is a Membership?
Each Vector Membership covers one robot and is priced at $9.99 per month, $74.99 per year, or $199.99 for 5 years. All prices are in USD.
What do I receive with my Vector Membership?
There are many benefits to subscription or membership with Digital Dream Labs for your Vector. These include voice command access as well as new features, such as animations, expressions, games, and more! The chart below outlines the benefits you receive with your Membership.
Do I have to do anything after my membership is purchased?
No! Once your membership is purchased, you are all set. It may take up to 24 hours for your Vector robot to become responsive to voice commands once your subscription is active, and may take up to 48 hours for any firmware updates to be distributed to your robot after your subscription begins. After 24 hours have elapsed, if you are still not receiving service then please Contact Us at support@digitaldreamlabs.com.
Billing will reoccur automatically. Annual customers will be notified via email of upcoming charges 72 hours in advance; all customers will receive receipts of charges once processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit or debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How can I manage or cancel my Membership?
You can manage or cancel your existing Membership through our Stratus Account Portal. Here, you can easily log in and find your Subscription. You can also cancel your subscription via support@digitaldreamlabs.com.
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds for monthly and yearly services are not offered due to the nature of the service and will expire at the next renewal date upon cancelation via email at support@digitaldreamlabs.com.
I have a Membership and have submitted my serial number, but my Vector is still giving me the subscription message or disagreeing with my commands after 24 hours. Why?
